Comprehensive Physiotherapy

Back, neck, knee and shoulder pain, sports injuries, post-surgery and post-fracture recovery

Everyday care

Comprehensive Physiotherapy

This is the bulk of what we do: the back that has hurt for months, the knee that will not straighten after a plaster, the shoulder that cannot reach a shelf, the ankle turned playing cricket. Treatment starts with an assessment rather than a machine, and every patient leaves with exercises, because what you do between sessions is what holds the gains.

  • Assessment-led
  • Hands-on manual therapy
  • Dry needling & cupping
  • Home exercise programme
Orthopaedic & pain management

Orthopaedic & pain management

The complaints most patients arrive with.

  • Back and neck pain, including disc problems and sciatica
  • Knee and shoulder pain, arthritis and frozen shoulder
  • Post-fracture stiffness once the plaster comes off
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation, following your surgeon's protocol
  • Spine management and posture correction
Sports physiotherapy

Sports physiotherapy

Getting back to the sport, not just out of pain.

  • Sprains, strains and ligament injuries
  • Overuse injuries — tennis elbow, shin splints, tendinopathy
  • Strength and conditioning to prevent the same injury returning
  • A graded return-to-play plan
Specialist pathways

Specialist pathways

  • Geriatric physiotherapy — mobility, balance, falls prevention, aid training
  • Paediatric physiotherapy
  • Antenatal (ANC) and postnatal (PNC) physiotherapy
  • Vertigo assessment and repositioning manoeuvres
  • Home physiotherapy for patients who cannot travel
Techniques we use

Techniques we use

Chosen for the case rather than applied to everyone — an assessment is what decides which of these you need.

  • Manual therapy and mobilisation
  • Dry needling
  • Cupping / Hijama therapy
  • Kinesiology taping
  • IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization)
  • Electrotherapy and exercise prescription

How we work with you

01

Assessment

History, movement testing, strength and range, plus any scans you bring. You leave the first visit knowing the diagnosis.

02

Treatment plan

How many sessions it should take, what each session involves, and what you should be able to do by the end.

03

Hands-on treatment

Manual therapy and the modalities your case needs, alongside exercise from the first session.

04

Discharge with a programme

You finish with exercises to keep, and a clear idea of what to do if the problem returns.

Get Well, Move Well… Start with an assessment, and leave knowing exactly what your recovery needs.
