Supervised training on the same premises as the clinic
Fitness Hub
Supervised fitness, inside the clinic
Most re-injuries happen after discharge, when a patient either stops moving altogether or joins a gym where nobody knows their history. The Fitness Hub exists to close that gap: cardio and resistance equipment on the same premises, with a physiotherapist who already knows your case setting the loads.

How we work with you
01
Fitness assessment
Current capacity, restrictions and history — including any injury we have treated you for.
02
Your programme
Written down, with the loads and progressions set for you rather than a generic plan.
03
Supervised sessions
You train in the Hub with a therapist correcting form and adjusting load.
04
Reassessment
Progress is measured, and the programme moves on when you are ready for it.
Get Well, Move Well… Start with an assessment, and leave knowing exactly what your recovery needs.
